More compatability across different browsers

Updates to Blaze Site, Content changes (Re wording of home page, removed unwanted rf2 pics from the slide show, thanks for your suggestions Miscio )

Created a favicon for all blaze related sites (the little icon that displays next to the page)

When you load the blaze site I highly recommend that you press CTRL+F5 otherwise you may not see recent changes. This works on both Chrome and Firefox.

- Updates to live timing (rF2)

System now records Qualifying sessions as well as race results for when we get the leagues started. All league data will be processed by the system automatically. We have plans to adopt the same live timing system to rf1 depending on the coders success to implement changes in the plugin.

- Graphics Updates to blaze downloads page. Added rf1 and rf2 logos.
